J:DAC get gold at Braintree 3D - September 2019
J:DAC member strikes gold at the Braintree Bowmen 3D Shoot in the Recurve Traditional Catagory.
Junior get 300 Badge @ 60cm shooting Barebow - August 2019
A member of J:DAC has performed a club first, by getting his Green 300 Badge using Barebow and String Walking.
Deben Archery Club has a Senior Coach - Sep 2018
Anna Heaven has passed all the required exams and demonstrated her expertise to such a level to be appointed to the level of Senior ArcheryGB Coach, look out for a series of Coaching Sessions for club members run by her in the coming months. Also lookout for Essex Coaching Guild CPD events around Essex and Suffolk also run by Anna.
New Club Clothing - September 2018
The club has just commisioned some new Club Clothing, based on feedback from members about issues with the previous shooting-ware (Black was a bit hot in summer and faded etc.) We have switched colour, material and supplier. Contact Neil Wilkins about buying the new stuff (no minimum order, so club members can buy when and how they like).
